Rates

The daily rate based on double occupancy is $110 between October 1 and just prior to Memorial Day weekend, and $120 between Memorial Day weekend and September 30, plus $15 for each additional person per night. 

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is after 2 p.m. local time, and Check-out time is 11 a.m. local time. These hours are flexible with prior notice. 

Pets

Pets are not permitted (except ADA guide animals) because of our abundant wildlife. Please note that we have two cats--who are not permitted in guest rooms but otherwise roam freely. 

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and we appreciate checks and cash. 

Cancellations

A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the reservation deposit of your first night's stay.
